Bou Mill

This historic 19th century mill offers a unique experience, combining traditional architecture and high quality gastronomy, ideal for tourists.
In the past, Sant Llorenç often had water and flour mills outside the urban perimeter, although from 1954 onwards six mills were confined within the urban area of the town. The Molí de Bou mill is one example. This mill, built in the 19th century, has a rectangular floor plan separated internally by three parallel longitudinal naves covered with barrel vaults. The central nave housed the mill tower and all its machinery inside, while the third nave was used as a storage space, the first two being reserved for the miller's dwelling. For years it housed Bartomeu Caldentey's restaurant "Molí d'en Bou", which had a Michelin star.
